PCS in about a week, and am taking leave until then. Without doxing myself, I did not got along well with my peers at my last command, even though I performed very well (meritorious Sgt, etc.). Towards the end, about 15 people signed a group letter and submitted it to the company commander complaining about me for assorted stuff. This never went anywhere, but I received an NPLOC.

This all stemmed from basically not being able to relate or connect with my peers. I always did well with the guys and gals under me and especially with my superiors, but was always considered the “weirdo” by my peers. Maybe cause I just keep to myself. Anybody else have a similar experience? I have been insanely depressed about this all week while I’m using up some leave.
