So there will be times you go through a few more, lose a few to misses, ECM or just random failures that it'll sort of work itself out eventually. What is something heavily downplayed by a lot of the media is that there is very large donations coming in from some of the Baltics. They don't have a lot of gear or a lot of money to give because they're comparatively small places, but they have been passing around the hat and raising millions for the explicit purpose of making drones.
So if you figure 400-500 bucks a pop
I think it was Estonia or somewhere raised $5mil for 'just' drones and there's been another $10-15mil sent their way as well from other donations recently
That's a lot of drones!
I mean there's all the control gear, warheads and stuff to be made as well from that budget, but blowing ziggers up with a drone is practically an olympic sport in Ukraine now with factory level production of them from printers just churning out parts and people filling out orders of 1000's at a time
