Then train your voice to be consistent.
When you are ready make a reel on youtube or something.
Go to event with VA, create your circle.
Realize that your reel is shit, make a newer one.
Thanks to your circle, you got your first role : a yelling bum on an ambient of a cheap telenovela. Obviously, you did it for free. But fear not, the recording was re-done the next day, so nobody will hear you anyway.
I could continue, but you got the spirit.
If you want to live of it, you will first really struggle to build up abilities, then struggle to have contacts, then struggle to find shitty job (adverts covers, ambient noise, shit translation if you are like me in France, etc.).
And you will stay at this level as long as you don't pump your circle and do lot of event and socialization. And you wont earn a lot.
