Ponies have sweet smelling pheromones, ok, but it's family friendly, so pheromones don't exist, it's just natural sweat/smell, or perfume.
Ponies can sing with mind control, i'm not sure this will be liked by a lot of fans? I mean not for cannon, maybe for non-cannon fanfic.
They have superman/harry potter tier powers. For superman, I mean earth pony have super strength, and Pegasus fly, so i guess a combo of that? And unicorns do harry potter type magic, are you just talking about a combo like alicorns?
1 town, a combo of canterlot, ponyville, and crystal empire, I always felt like canterlot was almost a part of ponyville even if separate. But i don't care for crystal empire, maybe no need for that.
