>>32161923>>32162626>>32162225>>32173618Judging by the responses so far, getting Butterswirl in ???'s room is likely. Thus we need to get Swirl her own room ASAP. Assuming Sandy is at least as good as ???, we should have 400-ish income next week. What Butterswirl brings in will hopefully pay for the cost of Butterswirl and we'll also ignore her for now. Food for everyone plus the room renovation takes 300 bits. This leaves 100 bits for paying bonuses, helping Oasis, and pay mystery expenses. A flat 20 bit bonus like this week leaves only 40 bits of wiggle
or 20 bits if some stupid fucks pay Butterswirl a bonus rather than get her a room isn't going to work. We can't lower pay without explanation, so instead lets revisit the percentage idea from last week.
20 bits plus 20% of bring home was suggested before but this translates to a bonuses immediately after hitting 25 bits income, AKA minimum pay. By lowering the base to 10 this increases the time till bonus to 75 bits, rewarding excellent work.
Or 100 till bonus if 30 is our minimum pay. Using this math ??? would have made 39 this week, Maafah 31. Sandy is at 23 bits but a special case. She is under minimum pay but did at least two days non-soliciting work for us. Sandy's work should be rewarded, so lets say five bits per day. That is roughly equal to Maafah's pay per day, and brings Sandy's total to 33 bits. Altogether that's 28 bits of bonus pay, compared to the 60 we paid this week.
So with 30~ bits spent on bonuses, that leaves 70 to deal with Oasis. Each day working there costs us 25 bits of projected income from ??? or Sandy, and 18 from Maafah. Sandy doesn't want to volunteer, so with ??? and Maafah there just one day each we still have some bits for makeup and emergencies.
TL;DR
Pay = 10 bits + 20% income + 5 bits per day of volunteer work
Or 25 bits, whichever is higher
Maaf and ??? work one day at Oasis
Butterswirl gets 25 bits and a room, no bonus
