Adagio would feel obliged to act as leader,
taking parts of her day to just help Sonata when needed. I can see her being somewhat repulsed by the weakness, but she's known Sonata too long to just let her suffer. Aria would feel sickened and overwhelmed. She'd try to avoid the situation and look for an out, but I doubt Adagio would let her. But even if she did get away she'd hate her own weakness and come back on her own. They have too many memories together to leave one of the group behind in that state.
