First. every episode got leaked online by Friday or sometimes Thursday...so everyone here had already seen it long before it aired on Saturday.
The bitching and whining started as soon as the board did. Every episode was declared "WORST EPISODE EVER" and shit upon in every way.
This began pretty much when /mlp/ got its own board. When pony threads where on /b/ and /co/ there was a desire to defend the show from normies who asked 'why are you masturbating to little horsies?' but once the fandom felt secure that it had its own pont board the negetivity began.
MLP is for porn.
That's all it ever needed to be.
