Geneology tests will produce data points that cannot be interpreted in any other way, too; rather, they will produce results that unambiguously define you as 'Not a frog'. If taxonomic classifications are social constructs, given that evolution is a gradual process and our definitions are 'technically' arbitrarily decided, then you would be obliged to refute this and argue that you could theoretically, in some interpretation, count as a frog.
