I can see Fluttershy being into all different kinds of games, just as long as they aren't too violent or shocking, and as long as they're fairly easy to pick up and start playing right away. There's no reason she couldn't enjoy playing Mario or something, although you'd have to explain to her that the Koopas aren't actually turtles before she would stomp them. I couldn't see her playing something like Metroid though, where shooting animals for health and missiles is pretty much required.
I think having Fluttershy start with games that she'd like is a good idea to get her more into streaming at the start of the story. That being said it might be fun later on to see her play some games that she wouldn't like, maybe because her fans requested she play them or something. Scary games could be a popular niche for her. Fluttershy gets scared easily and is quick to panic. Imagine how fun it would be to watch her play a game like Five Nights at Freddy's or Visage. I'm not even into streaming, but would I watch Fluttershy playing Visage? Hell yes I would. I mean, I don't go on Twitch but I imagine that a qt grill streaming Five Nights at Freddy's is almost always a hit. Or they could be a diamond dozen by this point, I honestly don't know.
