She's completely broken and you can see she has had some huge trauma, she barely displays some agency except for caring for animals (which are non-sapient beings) and half the episodes she's in are about how GUISE IM SHY and how she's totally socially incapable to the point of ruining her and other's lives -so that the entire 20 minutes have to rotate around her overcoming fear.
And she doesn't even do that in an adult way, she simply utterly snaps like she's fucked in the head and accomplish something by chance, before reverting to I'M SHY like some hulking out monster. She even refused to go find Twilight in the Everfree forest when Trixie came back and she had to be forced to.
That's why you either completely ignore her entire character so that you can enjoy good episodes like Green isn't your color or The Stare Master (which again isn't exactly flawless) or you put some mind into her devolopment and realize she is a shit character with serious issues, nearly mentally ill. If anyone in real life behaved like her or showed even HALF of the issues she has you wouldn't think twice before advicing her to go to a psychologist real fast. Then again she's a pathetic little thing with no real presence only played for some predictable jokes and who's literally scared of her own shadow.
