>Derpy talk
Oh boy, now I can post this again
>it's the end of autumn; gold, orange, and deep red leaves blanket the ground around Ponyville
>it's Saturday, and most of the ponies are bustling about their weekend routines
>you opted to stay inside today, though, and read a book by the fireplace
>you hear a knock on the door, and lazily get up to answer
>no one is there, but you accidentally kick something by your feet, a package wrapped so delicately and with such a perfect bow in the cord you feel bad for kicking it
>looking up, you can see Derpy flying away, bobbing through the air with a big smile on her face
>you wave even though you know she can't see, and take the package inside
>setting it on the table, you almost want to tear into it immediately, but decide to look over it, first
>there's no tag. No name, no address, no anything
>you resist the urge and put it down, Derpy has been known to mix up a delivery every once in a while
>putting on your coat, you head to the post office with the package in tow
>upon entering the building, you spy Derpy putting a few more sorted piles of letters into her saddlebags
>she looks at you and smiles, then to the package in your hands. Her excitement fades a bit
>you set the package on the counter and explain that you weren't expecting anything and decided to return this one, hoping it would find its rightful owner
>she simply nods and pulls the package a little closer to her as you wave and leave, the sun beginning to set
