What if there was a story about two different Anons who get turned into ponies. They both want an Anon husbandos but due to the lack of human Anons (because most Anons want to be mares) they must compete with each other over who would be the best wife for him. Anon is hanging out with his guy friend and roommate that has turned into a mare, Anonpone. He's been the little mare for a while now and he doesn't mind. Thing is, Anonpone is now just starting to go into a estrus cycle and he's starting to look at Anon differently. Anonpone's starting to get attracted to Anon and is starting to get all nervous around him. Anonpone is also getting flirty without realizing it. Spaghetti dropping extraordinaire.

Anonpone is trying his best not to give into his new found lust because he thinks it might be gay even though he's a female now and he doesn't know how his rommate would react. His roommate might think it's gay and asking for sex might ruin the relationship they have. Anonpone thinks Anon might kick him out because of how awkward it would be to ask him and if Anon say no.

But eventually Anonpone can't take the aching need of estrus and finally fucks Anon to relieve the heat.

I dunno, I think it would make a nice story.

What I have in mine is this equestria society where mares are scarce and they have been for sometime. It was less of a circlejerk and more of a rape of emotions. The stories went way in depth and there was more of a "story" behind them. Zephyr was a total mindfuck and gathered a cult following that basically gave the general life. Then came Twisted Spectrum with his masterpieces. His fics weren't mindless clop, they were like, really fucking vivid clop that made you honestly feel like you were there. It seems less detail oriented and more "let's fap and get it over with" these days.

I've been able to experience being the little mare to a lesser extent using what's known in the tulpa community as "wonderlands". Essentially, it's a mental space you create almost like tulpa such that it maintains its own consistency. Once you get good enough with it and focus enough, you can experience whatever you want.

Perhaps experiment with greenprose. Greentext provides little snapshot moments, thoughts or events, but sometimes thoughts chain together into something that can overwhelm us in dire circumstances or be a revalation or catharsis for someone. Thoughts can be longer, and you can show, not tell, through clever wordplay that paints the scene perfectly. I'd say give it a go.

I think you might be pleasantly surprised if you kept with it to the end, but if the pacing is a deal breaker, then I might suggest the all-too-short high flyer. It is an orphaned work, though, so it shall never end, though its last chapter does have an optimistic tone and at a time where it kind of works, so I'd consider it a great short story about hope, but the turmoil faced is mostly social ramifications of widespread and sudden species change.
