The musical scene of Equestria: multiple musical traditions that can, at any time, be appropriated for spontaneous song and dance numbers. Beyond that, there's the old reliable live performances of varying exposure and record sales for listening at one's own pace. Tastes differ, so even the most popular works aren't necessarily every musically inclined pony's jam. Lots of parties and events like to hire some players, but are there any specific musical festivals? There would likely be many attendees!

Maybe numbers at the stadium in the Crystal Empire would be a good idea, now that it's not in use for the Equestria Games. Wonder how the acoustics work out with the materials.
