If they were happy with what they call their waifu and actually cared about what they were talking about, I wouldn't interfere, but this is them simply treating her as a shallow meme and excuse to post generic feels.
You can be lonely, but when you blame it on what you're calling your waifu and spew "she's not real" in every relevant thread, that's twisting the whole concept into something stupid and pointless.
I can't make them stop if that's really how they want to treat her, but I want people who are actually serious about their love to know that this isn't how it used to work, and it's not how it's supposed to work.
This is OP's thread, though, so I'll leave it at that until someone wants to make a serious waifu love thread.
