Angel still isn't Fluttershy, and just because he thinks she wants Discord doesn't necessarily mean that she does. From his perspective, Fluttershy hasn't spent as much of her time at the cottage caring for him ever since she started inviting Discord for tea, so a spoiled brat like him would think she must've fallen head over hooves for him regardless of whether she actually has.
Discord does pretty clearly idolize Fluttershy after Keep Calm and Flutter On, and even I see what's portrayed as him a crush on her. I don't ship discoshy though, so I see it as an unreciprocated crush as per pic related.
Fluttershy arriving from Discord's place doesn't automatically mean she lives there, since she could easily have been just visiting for tea at his place.
Overall, Discoshy was never more than a ship that was teased during the later seasons, but cuckposters seem to act as if they're married as definitively as Cadance and Shining Armor.
