Twibooru's paste system does support tags and user pages (not sure about searching by title). But Ponepaste came first, I believe, and had a similar interface to Pastebin. Once enough people moved over, it became a de facto standard. A competitor would probably have to offer something much better to make people switch. And even then, people might not, because it's more convenient to have all greens in one place.

In my experience in the past, both Twibooru and Ponybooru had issues with searching posts from before the mass move; many posts are chronologically out of order due to the way they imported them. Someone correct me if that's changed for the better. Ponerpics has the back archive of images in the same order and same image number as they were on derpibooru at the time of the migration. New pics are imported to Ponerpics as they get posted to other boorus.

IAS anon here. I pushed an update yesterday that added Index L, an index that was generated from 2018 pastebin dump deduplicated against 2020 dump. It contains 4768 documents that somehow didn't make it into the later dump. Some new green to discover.

Just keep in mind that its not a 100% true archive, as some stuff gets removed from the pastes (formatting with tabs for example).
When I merged the archives, I gone through each paste one by one (mostly automated) and kept the one which is "better" (there were a few cases where a complete green was replaced with a random cyos inventory stat). Some of the versions were so different that I added a second version marked as "old version" or similar. Eg complete rewrites into the same paste.

For my particular purposes formatting is irrelevant, as the indexer will destroy all of it anyway. As long as it's human readable text, it will work.
If it contains all the dumps and uniformly follows the naming convention of TITLE-PASTEBINID.txt it would be an absolute blessing.
