! WARNING !
Valve will now delete your spray cache folder on game startup. (Viewing other people's sprays is now disabled by default, you will have to re-enable it.) This matters since you can only download sprays on community servers, so e.g. you can only see sprays in MvM if you have them in your cache folder already from playing on the server. Which isn't possible if the cache folder gets wiped on game launch.
Check the following posts from the last thread for info:

This server uses a plugin that changes the stats of some weapons. See https://files.catbox.moe/1kq67e.png and https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=2717299 for info.

Consider installing mastercomfig if you have frequent frame drops, bad hitreg, poor network connectivity, or are new to the game. See https://mastercomfig.com/ for easy installation. It is STRONGLY recommended that all players install some preset of mastercomfig since TF2's default netcode settings have not been changed since 2007.

Check out this pony mod collection compiled by Anonymous: https://desuarchive.org/mlp/thread/37462569/#37462590 Useable in the server since it has sv_pure set to 0.
On the opposite side of the spectrum, consider yttrium's viewmodels to selectively disable some weapons for a cleaner experience: https://github.com/Yttrium-tYcLief/CompVMInstaller/releases
As well as a collection of hat, particle effect and other clutter removal mods: https://github.com/Fedora31/no-hats-bgum

No one judges anyone for being new to the game, skill level across the playerbase varies.
Join the fun!
