That's even implying there IS one.
Discord is the spirit of chaos. More of a physical manifestation of chaos borne out of the imbalance the EoH bring to the table.
Taking the draconequus as a species is just opening Pandora's Box for furshitters to swoop in and make shit like the OP image or Eris from 5he IDE comics while also shitting at that duality of chaos vs harmony.
Discord is unique among his "species" and should remain like such. Even calling it a species and trying to standardize it is doing a disservice to what he is: the embodiment of chaos.

It's the easiest way to keep Discord unique, make him visually more chaotic than the others, and to make any potential new designs look nice.

Discord makes it look easy but asymmetry is VERY fucking hard to pull off right without it looking like vomit, and if asymmetry were allowed in all likelihood most Draconequus characters would wind up looking awful. (Source: literally every OC design that attempts asymmetry.)
