With a few more horses than what they can comfortably accommodate returning from a former foster home and short on spare funds, Fallen Oak has found themselves in a tricky situation.

Kim needs $2,075 to build a small shelter and fencing to separate a pasture. To help raise the money, we’re auctioning off 4 spots on a sign to have painted with any character you like, including fandom & personal OC’s (so long as it’s PG).
The 4 characters with the highest total bids will have their character painted onto a sign (similar to this one https://files.catbox.moe/ynticn.png ) which will be hung on the new shelter for all to see.

Auction starts on March 26 at 12AM CDT and is tentatively set to end on March 28th at 11:59PM CDT (sooner if bidding starts to peter-out).
To enter a character in the action, submit a bid along with a photo of the character and your paypal email via a google form here: https://forms.gle/5ygbn4gTa4GM7uw58 . Entries will be posted publicly on the spreadsheet (emails will remain private), updated at least once an hour (more when bids are frequent).

To raise the amount on an existing entry, give the entry # (in auction spreadsheet), the amount you want to increase the bid by, and your paypal on the google form.
(If you accidentally place a bid with the same character photo as someone else, your bids will be added together, but different photos will be listed as different entries)

At the end of the auction, payment requests (via paypal) will be sent out to everyone who put forth bids on the 4 winning entries.
You will have 48 hours to pay that request.
If you fail to pay, that amount will be reduced from that pony’s total until all requests are fulfilled or until a new character has taken their place in the top 4 (and new requests sent out). If your character is taken out of the winning 4, your bids will be refunded.

You will not be charged for your bids unless a character you placed a bid on makes it into the top 4.

Once all payments are settled and the winning characters determined, Kim’s artist will immortalize them in paint on the sign based on the photo submitted in the bid.
A high resolution photo will be taken of the sign and emailed to everyone who placed a bid towards the winning characters.
