Thinking about the penalty fee:
If the final value is a third of $100 million (assuming Hyein's age, the effectiveness of an appeal and things actually going will in their favor for once) that would put the final figure at around ~$30 million so each member would be $6 million in debt
Do the girls have the liquid cash needed to pay the whole thing and get out? Who knows
What is true is the fact that ADOR alledgedly spent $32 million in order to debut the group and the girls already paid the debuting debt with ADOR and were profitable ages ago.
I think a new agency could easily invest in them and pay the $32 million upfront. The girls would obviously be in debt no matter what (but with the new agency). Doing this sucks obviously but it buys the girls a lot of time to continue working. Also what if Hanni, Haerin, Dannielle, Hyein and Minji have a war chest ready to buy themselves out of HYBE?
