On /tg/ we have been having a bit of an extended debate on the subject of people using the roller to play various types of collaborative games. I personally feel that the response from the moderation has adequately established that /tg/ is certainly the place for those things, but there still remain some dangling concerns.
-Permasage and Wordfilter: certain Quests and Nation Builders are automatically forced into permasage the moment they are created by either an active mod or a word filter looking for either "Quest" or "Builder". Mods have been asked, but no real consistent answer has been given regarding the policy behind the decision to enact such measures, and it would be helpful if /tg/ got the chance to learn something about this.
-Meta threads: Meta threads are, understandably, against the rules. However some have been consistently posting up meta-threads against Quests and Builders on /tg/. So far I do not know of any outright bans, but there have been plenty of warnings and statements by the mods to cut out the complaining. What is likely, at this point, to be the policy of the moderation staff?
-Input: Would there be a use for any input from board participants in ideas to possibly resolve any of these difficulties?
Thanks again for making /q/.
