The hair style especially is horrid. It's on a whole new level of weird anime haircuts. The design is cluttered with too many pieces that have no relation to each other in form or colour (belt/hair clips/the pink wrist thing), and the red and white clips are eyesore on the green hair.
Overall, I don't think of 4chan the moment I see her. I think of a generic comedy anime instead (and I can see many of the konosuba spirit in the design. Though I'd never call konosuba generic.)
I'm amazed a design so cluttered and confusing was appealing enough to win, but at the same time I had a feeling it would. It's a very safe and streamlined pick and your artstyle itself is very attractive and fun. The piece feels way more well rounded, planned, and finished than many of the rest of submissions, so I'm sure you won the votes of those who confused "best looking" with "best designed".
Anyways congrats on the free pass. Enjoy it as 4chan devolves even further with youtube normies flooding it. You really did a good job. I hope you use this opportunity as a motivation to improve your character designs and produce more original creations in the future.
