Just look at esports like CSGO, the best female players get completely outweighed by a single male pro.
A tier 1 female team started getting carried hard by one of their players and doing significantly better then before, easily beating other teams. People got suspicious and found out a tier 3 male pro had been subbing for that female player.
The absolute top female players are barely above the average ranked players.
I always found it so disappointing, I would love to see at least one female player git gud enough to play in a non-female only pro team.
