this shithole is practically irreparable.
the ONLY solutions are to either completely remove or replace the whole administration team, or to implement some new system that would allow users themselves to moderate their boards.
removing mods is impossible currently. while being able to wipe threads with gore and cp would be a good way to fight cancerous tourists, it won't last long, because the current internet will not allow this. not to mention that hiro himself would never consider this option.
replacing mods is the option that is very faintly realistic. but there needs to be A LOT of noise if you want to reach hiro with this idea. thousands of times more than there is currently. except that it likely also will eventually degrade into what we have now.
and implementing new systems is the same as both of the above, except hiro now has to actually move his ass and think of something, which he just won't do.
