don't get me wrong rape is pretty terrible but do you ever feel that a lot of the suffering experienced by rape victims comes from societal programming?
like if rape wasnt treated as the worst thing you could ever do to a person and victims werent seen as spoiled goods wouldn't they not be so broken up about it?
like its really odd how so many people are of the belief that horrible physical torture is worse than rape that involves no impregnation or physical harm besides forceful penetration/being forced to penetrate, isn't it?
