>no alcohol, no drugs

>practicing semen retention for maximum physical and spiritual gains
This is my bloomer "we're all gonna make it" programme and I've been following it to varying degrees for the last two years, and it's been working out amazing. I've developed an inner fortitude where I feel like no matter what shit life gives me, I'll chew it up and spit out flower seeds. I've received a lot of positive feedback from others that I come off as much more positive, loving, relaxed and confident.
