Stella was def into Anon for his weebiness so not much of a stretch from there to have her impish nature and vagueness with her readings be a means to get Anon's attention n whatnot. Rosa's more or less in the same boat, as despite some of the events where she's closer to Anon happen in routes 3 and 4, those feelings are still mostly there. Not to mention she's confirmed as endgame if Fang didn't become Anon's GF.
