I stopped watching the series before she returned but I remember how she treated Ben during the episode she day viewed. But I'm willing to forgive her on the grounds that:
1. She was just a child back then and children can be pretty cruel and shallow sometimes.
2. The fact that she's the one wearing the collar and leash tells me that she's willing to become Ben's "pet" as a form of apology.

She was a little hard to pin down as she's either a villain, anti-hero, or a Neutral party depending on which show you're watching. I know there is a portion of the fandom that ships her and Ben because of how Kevin and Gwen got together. Plus I like to imagine she would send a picture of herself servicing Ben to Hex as one final insult.

I know that most people prefer her to be with Kevin but I can look past it by simply going with the fact that Annon prefers Gwen's appearance from the 1st Ben 10000 timeline so the pic would take place there, and in that timeline Kevin is no where to be seen and we can assume the two never got together.
