They all act and think as a hivemind, so if you told them "look at the nearest Susie" they would all try to turn to each other in different directions and have a brain glitch. They don't talk over each other or start disagreeing, they all speak and think the same thing simultaneously. Shenanigans ensue.
BUT when they get into battle they can all do the same attacks and ACTs simultaneously, multiplying the effect and functioning like a HoMM stack.
