>>64272960>1. why wouldn't he if he could, and...This is all assuming that we're going with the premise Kris can still ACT. Why does Kris NEED to have an ACT ability in the first place when Veth is going to be lead.
Kris can ACT because he's the lead (judging by what ralsei states and how Susie laments over Kris deciding everything), so by giving that role to Veth as the MC/Leader she would have the ACT ability. And that's going along with the idea that ACT even needs to be a thing anyone has.
>The question is whether Kris and Noelle would be in to this...By "this" I think you mean by the occult stuff, I think Kris and Noelle having an interest in occult stuff even with/without Dess vanishing is perfectly fine to believe. I mean... Kris literally had an interest in it in the OG, and even without Dess ending up on the back of a milk carton, he's the exact type of kid to look up magic to try and scare Noelle. Noelle on the other-hand literally has experiences with supernatural things happening in the vidya she plays. Not hard to believe she'd end up developing an interest for the occult as well.
>Gaster is just Veth's carerIn V!Kris Gaster is nowhere to be seen, the only thing we know of him is the phone that acts as a SAVE spot for Vess. He could easily still have a meta role there.
>Plus, why would a teenager be allowed as the carer of his younger brother?Could just make Asriel slightly older. It's not uncommon for elder siblings to end up as guardian's for their siblings. I'm assuming this takes place in the same time frame as OG DR. Asriel is in college, practically an adult depending on how you see it/portray him. I think it's a cool idea anyways.
>basically any outside viewer...Playing into the idea that people only think Kris is a main character goes against his entire character. He's still apart of the fun gang, kicking him to the curb while letting Susie and Noelle still in on the fun is just really lame and does him a massive injustice.
