I don't mean to be disparaging to our fanon, since I do like it and have contributed to it, but... imagine someone fresh off playing Deltarune and coming to this thread and seeing all this talk of fankids and all sorts, I feel like I'M somehow reverting back to that vanilla baseline as this drought continues on. And it feels like once you start slipping with some fanon it's easy to lose track of what's what anymore, too. I can barely keep track of what's canon or headcanon as far as Veth's 'confrontation arc' with Kris, for example.
