>>28272193Yes, and that should definitely become the norm again. After all, the reason for punishing a pet is to get a well-trained pet, not to mutilate it and start over with a new one. The sorry box in particular was the original canonical punishment device for putting a fluffy on a time-out for bad behavior.
Other than that, there have been plenty of pictures and stories about creative ways to get lessons to stick, often with scares but with positive reinforcement too. There's definitely a lot of untapped potential in productive fluffy training.
