>>348593First off, jesse (technically Kiskae) didnt apply for the sub feature "for one event". It doesnt work like that. He applied in anticipation of an event, but Twitch doesnt give a shit.
Secondly, Jesse had streamed at least a dozen times first with thousands of viewers each and every time (FF6, SWTOR, TERA, The summer streams, the followup to dodgers 12 hour livestream, etc.)
Jirard applied two or three times, and was denied, before he did his week of advertising. He didnt have enough viewers and streams without advertising. When he did stream every day for a week, and announced it on his channel, he managed to get enough viewers (it's unique viewers over a month, I believe) to get the subscription feature.
My qualified assumption is that Twitch denied Dodger the subscription feature because she hasn't streamed at all since the 12 hour livestream. Had she even streamed on that channel before? Wasnt the 24 hour livestream on
justin.tv?
