What version of windows are you running though? I'm in Windows 7 x64 and had no problems at all installing. Also, what download link did you use to download? I noticed that the error box says ".exe.exe" for some reason, and also it seems like you downloaded it from an unofficial mirror, judging from those split parts. The .exe is supposed to have an icon on it, which yours doesn't have. It could be that the download you downloaded is somehow corrupt. I'd recommend trying to unzip with something like 7-zip first, if you unzipped with winrar, because sometimes one unzipper will mess files up while a different one will not, for some reason. If that doesn't work, try redownloading, from the torrent this time. (Because torrents hash-check the pieces as you download, removing any chance of error due to a bad download.) It's absurdly overseeded at the moment, so you shouldn't have any issues getting it from there.
