We had Chapel every Friday morning, which is essentially the same thing as mass. Everyone in the school was a bible-thumping republican, aside from me, and I got constant shit about it. Also note that these same people were caught on more than one occasion having sex on the campus and several of the more popular kids got arrested with drug charges.

What pissed me off is when they got in trouble, they all praised God saying it was a "wake up call" and that God was sending them back on the right track.

One fag even got drunk and killed himself in a drunk driving accident, and they wrote it off as "God calling him back to heaven because it was his time to go."

Seriously made me RAGE and LOL at the same time.

I genuinely do not get storytimes(and especially dailies). I would never find it comfortable to read a manga for the 1st time this way(of course unless it's a jp anon that is translating it) and in terms of discussion it's either one word replies(like most shonen dumps) or threads that might have some discussion but are on life support with very little in between. With that being said, I don't care, make all of /a/ storytimes and generals, it doesn't matter for me anymore. This might be a problem for someone that browses /a/ 24/7 but this site has little to offer in 2025 so such a time sink is unreasonable.

I watched it for the first time during the melli stream of 2024. The jokes get old quickly but I guess it was good at the time. Too bad the MC and his fish bride didn't remain in his grandparent village next to the beach. It was a comfy setting. Instead they had to go to school in a boring city...
