Geralt would be comparable to a fairly low level adventurer
the difference between low and high level D&D is basically an entirely different genre
you've played a low level adventure and based on that, are trying to judge the power of an actual Deity, which is an immense fallacy in itself
Most bible characters are pretty low in power as well, doesn't stop God from being literally omnipotent
if you take the events of TW3: they would be an epic undertaking for a party of 3rd level adventurers
they're also something a 15th level wizard could solve between lunch and dinner
now this is less true for martial characters, but since the characters in question were wizards, it's fair to use wizards as comparison
