watched episode 1 of Clone High season 2 anonymously for a survey and i'm here to tell y'all about tit bits i remembered.
never watched the first season but the show is about a dude who made clones of historical figures for a High School or something. Episode follows the characters from season 1 being dethawed from ice to be reintroduced to the world in 2023.
there is also some shit about a shadow government that has their eye on the school. the principal Scudworth then has an assembly to catch the clones up on everything that happened in the time they were not there, with it being presented through a rapid fire song where each lyric is a fact about certain events. Some of these things include Kim Kardashian, Elon Musk, how rap rock isn't popular anymore, cryptocurrency and NFT's, and some political shit.
to get to know eachother they have some run thing where everyone literally puts on eachother shoes and walks, with the character abe saying outdated stuff such as "spaz" and "retarded" which a guy who i forget the name, but says he is christopher columbus in disguise and tells him to not say stuff like that cause he will get cancelled on twitter.
Joan after being with 2 other characters (one was modern harriet tubman?) becomes popular because she acts inclusive and 'woke'.
despite being a comedy, the episode was quite honestly painfully unfunny, with only 1 joke in the almost 30 minute run time where JFK and Joan saying they are going to twist tongues as they lean into each other and start doing literal tongue twisters. but even then, the joke wasn't able to get me to laugh.
oh also there is a woman named candice who is the new supervisor and has big ass hips and owns a fuck ton of pet reptiles and wants to kill scutworth. and he wants to fuck. ngl internet porn artists will prolly go crazy over that lol
