09x03: Rogues of War

>ON THE MOVE - Barry (Grant Gustin) and Iris (Candice Patton) start to put together the pieces of what's happening in Central City and believe they know what the Rogues are after. Team Flash works together and recruits some unlikely allies to help: Chillblaine (Jon Cor), Pied Piper (Andy Mientus), Hotness (Max Adler) and Goldface (Damion Poitier). However, their plan does not go as expected. Meanwhile, Allegra (Kayla Compton) does her best to avoid having a difficult conversation with Chester (Brandon McKnight).

Fear of being seen as cringe & corny for being too sincere, and masking that fear under layers of ironic distance, is a big factor why exciting original art is in short supply. But it’s particularly pernicious to introduce adult cynicism to children, & normalize it in their media.

Dude made countless of pitches that didn't go anywhere and the one that finally got made into a full show (Mighty Magiswords) didn't do well as it only lasted two seasons. Why is that?
