if it wasn't subjective, but rather hard facts, you would be able to "quantify" art. (wich you can't)
and there would be a limited amount of art to be made (wich it don't)

I have to go with nu-Simpsons, I can’t even remember the last time they’ve made me laugh. Everything felt so programmed and generic from the animation to the script itself. At least nu-maniacs still had some wit, even if their comedy is dated nowadays.

Some recent nu-Simpsons are actually decent. The worst nu-Simpsons are painful to watch because of the drop from such genius as 90s Simpsons. Animaniacs was never nearly as good as 90s SImpsons. But I think nu-maniacs has less of an excuse to be mediocre because it hasn't been keeping a series on continuous life support for a million fucking years like nu-SImpsons has had to. The characters in both are uniformly flanderized to hell and back, though. flanderized Lisa and flanderized Dot are literally the same characters now.

I don't really want to scrap that bit of backstory, but I could work around it if you think it's too unbelievable. We know there are other bots who have found themselves in unfortunate circumstances, and "superior Sterling engineering" aside, most of them seem like can be just as capable.
Maybe it leans a bit too much on a "tragic" past, but I want her to have a little something to think back on and occasionally feel a bit of sadness over, while looking forward into the future as a free bot.

That's a good point actually. When they were first introduced I was wondering if they had side jobs or something, e.g. Doc working at a seedy bar that can't afford a modern barman robot, but apparently they're just scavengers. Still, Nandroids are supposed to be in a different league.

He pitched 2 original animated shows to be the new show that airs after a brand new South Park on Comedy Central and two IP driven videogame show.
