Kyle was honest to god a much needed presence by the time Hal became parallax. Seriously even then it had issues.

Based John's actually made GL tolerable and interesting again.

Wally West and his effects on comics have been disastrous for generations.

- art + animation budget has noticeably been severed, scenes are largely talking heads
- show has become overly zany, characters arbitrarily shifting in/out of character to service the moment, no stakes as everything resets and ridiculous plot armor saves the day
- lack of ideas, rehashing old stories, fan service, call backs, unfunny running gags, promoting own interests, bandwagoning current events for cheap dated laughs, addressing and brushing aside valid criticism branded as haters
- forced overcooked sappy crap in increasingly pathetic attempts to sell that the show has a rich emotional backbone
- insanely outdated takes from Groening's life growing up in the 60s. Fucking die already Groening you have nothing more to complain about.
- Planet Express crew are supposed to be Joe-everymen, but increasingly they are protagonists in universe-ending dramas
- Farnsworth just invented a universe in one episode, because he's a great scientist you know...
