Mymy rolling up on the chair, using the tie as a stethoscope, the failed juice box flip, Coco yanking the tie like a cord to close blinds, Mymy pulling the tie off as she tries to replicate it, it's all great visual humor. No one's really put much effort into this kind of stuff since the days of Looney Tunes, it's refreshing to see a comedy where the characters can tell jokes and stiff as boards while doing so.
