Why are kids losing interest in cartoons?

>Kyle Bradstreet, a writer and executive producer on USA Network Emmy winner MR. ROBOT, had been working on the scripts for SECRET INVASION for about a year when he was fired after Marvel decided on a different direction. Enter new writer Brian Tucker, who penned the crime thriller BROKEN CITY. Thomas Bezucha, who helmed the thriller LET HIM GO, and Ali Selim, who worked on Hulu’s 9/11 drama THE LOOMING TOWER, were on board as directors and to help crack the story.

>So far, so normal, at least by Marvel’s creative development standards. Details are murky, but what happened next, in the summer of 2022, debilitated the production as factions became entrenched and leaders vied for supremacy during the show's pre-production in London. “It was weeks of people not getting along, and it erupted,” says an insider.

>The company dispatched Jonathan Schwartz, a senior executive and member of Marvel’s creative steering committee known as The Parliament, to get SECRET INVASION back on track when it was falling behind schedule and on the verge of losing some actors because of other commitments.

>By early September, a good portion of the show's team had been replaced, with new line producers, unit production managers and assistant directors. And Bezucha, who was supposed to direct three episodes, left the show because of scheduling conflicts. The Marvel executive overseeing the show, Chris Gary, was reassigned and, according to sources, is expected to depart Marvel when his contract is up at the end of the year.

Why are kids losing interest in cartoons? Part 2

Part 1 here >>145751237

In short, from the last thread...
>Boys want comedy and lots of it
>No naughty language.
>Girls and women must be treated with respect and be loaded with as much character development as their male counterparts.
>neurotic monsters want less and less of both of these, boys should be watching nothing but fighting and treating women as sex objects. etc
>execs reduce comedy, quality animation that is done on at least 2s (12FPs), expensive Japanese studios who pay their staff actual money instead of rice because they KNOW how to time pose and settle and 30+ piece orchestra composing the music for every episode and never reusing any music and everyone is presynced (meaning the sound is done before the animation), because of this
>Comedy scenes are relatively expensive, better reduce them even further, ditch whatever that exist to the cheapest sweat shop in the Philippines that can't time, pose nor settle to save their lives!
>next show has one gag per episode, cost buttons to make
>the shrews don't know or care, continue to complain the shows for kids are too funny
>the exec is still unhappy, MULTIPLE buttons on one episode? Make this shit cheaper!
>repeat ad nauseum.
Cartoons aren't made for Timmy, they're made for Timmy's monster who lives under his bed who hates everything he likes.

Official Win-O'-Thread

No.146097271 View ViewReplyLast 50OriginalReport
>What is this thread?
Every Wins'day at Win-O'-Clock we gather here and post links to the latest scans and rips of comic books.
Most links we uploaded ourselves, others we are sharing from elsewhere.
Some comics we've even purchased ourselves (but most we didn't).
If you'd like to help out, just ask and we would be delighted to tell you how.
Otherwise, be patient, be polite, and understand the simple concept behind these words: Not posted means not available yet.

>Where can I find old Win-O'-Threads?
http://desuarchive.org/co/search/subject/Official%20Win-O'-Thread/
http://boards.fireden.net/co/search/subject/Official%20Win-O'-Thread/
(Note: This finds the OP for old threads. If you want to search for comics in the archive, clear the subject field!)

>Where can I find downloads for other comics?
Warez forums/blogs, DDL-indexing search engines (like FilesLoop), torrent trackers (like 1337x) and other P2P networks (like DC++).
If a link has been posted on 4chan, you can search for it in the Desu archive (add "http*" to searches to return only posts with links).
If all else fails, just >buy it.

>Where can I buy comics?
http://www.amazon.com/
On the various publishers' webstores, and at your local comics shop.

>Where can I find an LCS?
http://www.comicshoplocator.com/

>Where can I find out when new comics are released?
http://www.comiclist.com/index.php
http://www.previewsworld.com

>How do I download from websites that only give me .exe files?
Untick the checkbox under the download button.

>How can I find this thread every week?
If you are using the inline extension go to http://4chan.org/co/official or use the option under "Filters & Post Hiding".
If you have 4chanX go to Settings > Filter > Subject and add the following line:
/Official Win-O'-Thread/;highlight

Here's a question for you guys. Kyle Carrozza made some theme song covers for cartoons years ago and now they've been brought to earth.

Listen to them here: https://www.youtube.com/embed/lspsTPT-iwE?playlist=lspsTPT-iwE,T3JDjZoz9HU,5QqFrqMWu8o,U3BYN9FD1fk,M7RGBJlyY7M,8Rzc4evaC9Q,SSSfrpz_5PU,tIg3LvBlBz4,MtD9pZ9hL2E,n4AZry3jRT4,LdgcJYmxtoA,mAcE5mPrWsc,dz1PJHq5PUI,JnynP035E8k,Ccgp6SQoW60,AehhlaPfT9E,kUu3322IdSs,WwfB0wtFhvU,sWUgkVUSW8g,KdMplrbTh4U

What do you guys think of them?

Here's my ratings:

- Tolerable: DuckTales, Freakazoid, Chicken Boo, Firewall
- Potential with room for improvement: Darkwing Duck, Captain Planet, Back in Time, Danger Mouse, Sonic the Hedgehog
- Meh: I Am Weasel, Invader Zim, Crossfire (retard did a commercial too instead of a cartoon), Super Chicken
- Bad / Not Good (Not the Worst Thing I've Heard Though): Pokemon, Ulysses 31, ALF the Animated Series
- Earrape Dogshit (WORST): Inspector Gadget, Muppet Babies, Adventures of the Gummi Bears, The Fonz and the Happy Day Gang (He wasn't even trying)

You know why there isn't any good or great in my ratings? Because there all shitty. But at least the tolerable ones actually have a more enjoyable music direction with potential and put his 8-bit and accordion obsession to good use. Others not so much.

But yeah. Any other criticisms of this shitty album?
