Meanwhile MGD's low-to-medium complexity leads to stuff like "the slime girl realises your anal sensitivity is high and starts using an anal tentacle move" which is sensible, somewhat emergent, and fun
Another great example game to play would be NGM / Night Games Mod. Buggy and dead but I think it's up on tfgames. As well as escalating fetishes with each girl that make their combat styles more dangerous, I like its split into physical/lust/willpower as 3 bars. Willpower bar to zero = loss, physical bar to zero allows pinning/stunning, lust bar to zero causes ejaculation and a huge hit to willpower bar, but willpower bar also depletes a tiny bit every turn whenever you're in a compromised position, with the penalty being small for just being pinned but worse for sex and worse still for stuff like facesitting/facefucking or footjobs (iirc)
Main thing to consider is what actually turns you on though. If you personally want a game where the main character gets assfucked by a muscly minotaur until they like male muscly beings with horns and brown fur, go ahead and implement a system complex enough to make that happen. I'm happier with just "Fetish: Shortstack" going up & now all goblins are dangerous, not like, the ones who randomgen blonde hair + E-cups + ponytails are much more dangerous
