Step 1. Google and download qBittorrent
Step 2. Install qBittorrent
Step 3. Open it
Step 4. Download the torrent file here

Step 6. Select the torrent file you just downloaded.
Step 7. Wait for the torrent metadata to catch up
Step 8. Move your old files to the directory the torrent file is downloading to
Step 9. When everything shows up and starts downloading, locate the songs.7z.001, songs.7z.002 and songs.7z.003 files in the list.
Step 10. When you find them, right click them and select the option "Force Recheck"
If you did all of these things, it should recognize the file as being mostly there already and only downloading the missing bits and pieces leading to the corruption.
