Secondly, don't worry too much about this year's anni. It was pretty great all round, with the only real issue being the season 9 finale airing at an akward time. As another anon said, people from all over the world watch this stream, so there isn't a perfect schedule that you could follow to make everyone happy. People are also older now, so they generally have less time than they did in high school and university. The fandom's older, too, so there's more fan content to see than there was a year ago, and the year before that, etc. While the amount of filler at times was a bit much, it had the benefit of making it very hard to miss an entire season. Even if you were busy, chances were you could've tuned in for at least a few episodes a season, and that's something to be appreciated. You also don't want to nail things down too hard, because the spontaneity of the stream adds a lot to the enjoyment of it. While this wasn't the most emotional I've been at an anni (I think 2019 will hold that for all time), I definitely laughed harder during this anni than any other previous ones. The interaction between videos and chat and the mods were great. The fake smoke alarm beep cracks me up every time I hear it, and it was played during some hilarious moments in episodes and the movie. The creative use of :writer's.room: and :actual.talent: made me laugh so hard my stomach hurt.
I hope next year isn't as stressful for you as this year, and I hope a tiny bit more of a schedule can be ironed out for next year, too. But all in all, it was a great show, and I'm glad you and your team continue to put it on each year. It's one of the highlights of my year. There's no better way to experience pone and the fandom.
