My main trouble with many of them and with several in RGRE is that they often come as little more than just a self-insert wish-fulfillment fantasy rather than trying to write a proper story, even if an extremely short one. Many prompts revolve around just "Oh, mares are so hormi and wanting to sniff the socks outta Anon", without much else to them. The comedy ones often revolve around just Anon being "RGRE? No thanks." and Equestrians going "GASP" and that's it.
As for Celestia and Luna being attracted to and willing to romance Anon.
I like seeing stories where characters behave in a realistic and in-character way, regardless of how comical, serious or lewd the story is.
