Eh, understandable considering how big a deal the Sunlit perk makes out of it. But yeah, that part of the perk is just a small learning boost to something you could already do. Hell, if you went Devil-Tiger you have 90% of the published heretical charms already.

(Though honestly, Heretical stuff is just kinda bad aside from the Devil-Tiger specific ones and the crafting one. Emerald Angel Unfurling and Scale-Shedding Solution are just awful charms. Stylish, but awful in practice.)

I'll have to wait for the Sakurai presents to really get into it, but right now I'm thinking I'll be doing another special companion option, similar to Progenitor God.

I haven't played either XB. Is it okay to start with 2, or do you miss out on stuff?

Was there a Jojo part 2 jump that used to be on the drive or something? I've been through the Jojo and Coco jumps and I swear there used to be another one, that was imaged, that had a detailed Hamon section. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Nah, her design was first in a DS game then expanded upon for 2.0. Her role apparently was to try and kill NGE according to Anno, but eventually settled on her current character. What it is, I can't tell you as she didn't have much presence in 2.0 and I haven't seen 3.0.

The original jump was imaged, but it wasn't Part 2, it was for the whole series. It also has a Hamon section, though only somewhat detailed. Val made a Part 2 replacement, as did reddit, but neither are imaged.

You can learn both, and Solars are all about developing skills to unbelievable levels. Just take one and get the other in-setting. You won't start as good at both, but jumpers have more than enough time to fix that.

Just pick one as your caste and learn the other stuff normally. Your caste's only half of what you get after all, so just favor craft/occult or presence/performance.

What would be some interesting jumps to roll up sporting orokin tech in? Im going full tenno and getting as much of the stuff for replicating orokin tech as possible to use in my jumpers tech. It is a nice aesthetic. Need to figure out how best to merge it with forerunner stuff.

A normal vampire regenerated from being blown into meat chunks by a grenade. Pillarmen have an even greater regeneration.

Literally the only thing that endangers pillarmen is the sun and hamon. They're strong enough that fully fed vampires are mooks, fast enough to block automatic gunfire volleys with one hand and have enough special abilities to match half a dozen stands.

If the World is even strong enough to hurt a Pillarman, it can't do any permanent damage, and they're fast enough to kill Dio in the time between timestops.

Go with a Zenith Scholar build in the jump. The First Age tech/sorcery stuff is the scholar capstone and undiscounted sorcery perk, going Twilight is totally optional (and in my opinion, redundant) to getting that.

Anyone know if the Umbra Staff can absorb wands that I didn't steal from my defeated foes? I'm planning on just making a bunch of wands and feeding my staff until it becomes absurdly versatile. Or at least until I can just shoot magic missiles at will, by pointing the tip at people and saying bang bang

Also can people make Sentient Items in 5e?

You know, it's kinda funny that Mass Effect has become the go to setting for jumpers to shit on with their clarktech. I know Mass Effect isn't the most powerful or technologically advanced setting in Sci-Fi, but it's a hell of a lot better than places like Battletech, AVP, or FTL.
