'Morning?' you send to him with a bit of a grin on your face. 'How'd everything go?'
'Mngh... Fangs and Trip managed to get everyone healed. Fangs was quite pleased at us kicking Lucifer's ass again, more than willing to help. Trip had some kind of special healing thing. Launch got them all to safety.'
'Glad, then. I'll see you guys soon, helping Goku today.'
'...ah, of course you are.' Acer responds almost smugly.
'What's that supposed to mean?'
'Nothing, nothing. Good luck on your date, sis.'
'Brobro...' you grumble. You hop out of bed and Clothes Beam your usual outfit on, with all the right enchantments and enhancements. You walk over to Goku and nudge him a little. "Good morning, Goku!"
"Mnngh... Maple?" he responds groggily. Slowly he rises up. "Heh, good morning."
"Come on, let's go find Kami. Gotta get ready, after all!" You both head up to the aged Namekian.
"Ah, up early I see. Mr. Popo, the Senzus." Kami states, with his attendant presenting you with two bags, and an extra bean each. "These are for your trials ahead. There are four Senzus each in those bags, and you two will need these ones in your hands to stay energized. Now... please come with me."
The old Namekian brings you both down to another odd, but extremely large room. Goku speaks up. "Oh, is this like that other one, Kami?"
"Not quite, but there are similarities. Maple, Goku, are you both ready?"
