>>21501412Now, at this point I realize that staying on that circle is death, so I decide to have my knight charge their formation, in hopes of breaking out of it. It's not a spetacular roll, but it suceeds. Their formation is in disarray...and the Goblin takes full advantage of it. Wielding a sack of -FUCKING DOORKNOBS-, he starts beating the everloving shit out of the infiltration unit, causing them severe losses in the process. (He rolled a 3 on his attack, by the way.)
They're trying to fight back, but the rolls the infiltration unit produces just aren't enough to stop the rapetrain that is the Goblin wielding his improvised Mace of Doorkonbs + 5.
The Barbarian, frustrated, tosses another explosive axe at the infiltrators. Yet again, he rolls poorly, and the enemy gets a reflex save, throwing it back at his arm. Needlessly to say, he is dismembered - but he's alive. The undead healer (Don't ask me how that works.) quickly staunches the bleeding.
My knight gets a rather mediocre roll on attacking the remainders of the infiltration unit - but they actually CRITFAIL on their reaction, causing one of them to die from an accidental swing. So there's only one man left. After a short charge from the escort knigths, there isn't.
We have the day... or so we think. The swordsmen are out of reach, planning...something. Their commanders actually begin attacking one another. Their argument is something fierce.
My knight orders the Goblins and Escorts to brace for a charge.
