The easiest way to do this is to "divide and conquer" and to encourage mass migration whilst slowly eroding the cultural institutions of the native people, and not even offering them as worthy of adoption by newcomers.
Human reproduction is being curtailed by social engineering, and is shockingly effective; the west's birth rates are overall sub-replacement, and now our population growth is only due to migration.
All the conflict that springs from this?
Means nothing to those who stand to gain; if anything they will capitalize and adapt like they always have.
Fundamentally, this is all about vast sums of money moving above our heads, and the callous indifference of those who seek to enrich themselves.
Eventually, their goal is to yoke the world with an iron chain, and make us all live under the same rules that don't quite fit anybody right, live in the same pod that feels like a home for nobody, wear the same grey hospital gowns that don't suit anybody, and force us to deny anything that makes us different of unique.
The first step?
Create entire social movements that distort what real difference is.
Sew division in the nations over asinine wholly invented criteria, and weaken any organic identity groups that look strong enough to resist being enfolded.
